Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know before you remodel.

Straight answers about our process, timelines, pricing, and the guarantees behind our work. Still have a question? We're one call away.

Getting Started

How does the estimate and consultation process work?

It starts with a free in-home consultation. We'll walk your space, discuss your goals and budget, and take measurements. From there we prepare a detailed proposal outlining scope, materials, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Your initial consultation and written estimate are always free and no-obligation.

How far in advance should I book?

Our calendar typically fills several weeks out, and larger projects are often scheduled months ahead. The sooner we talk, the sooner we can reserve your spot and lock in current material pricing.

Timeline & Process

How long does a typical remodel take?

It depends on scope. A bathroom often runs 3–5 weeks, a kitchen 6–10 weeks, and a whole-home renovation several months. We provide a realistic schedule in your proposal and keep you updated at every phase.

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes. Every project is run by a dedicated project manager who coordinates the crew, trades, and inspections, and keeps you informed from demolition to final walkthrough.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Absolutely. As a licensed contractor we pull the required permits and coordinate all inspections so your project stays fully code-compliant.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

Pricing reflects the scope of work, the materials and finishes you select, and the complexity of your home. Your written proposal itemizes everything so there are no surprises.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we can connect you with financing options so you can move forward on your timeline. See our Financing page for an illustrative monthly-payment estimate.

What about change orders?

If you decide to adjust scope mid-project, we document it in a clear written change order with updated pricing and schedule impact before proceeding — no verbal surprises.

Quality & Warranty

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Licensed, bonded & fully insured. Our license number is listed in the site footer, and we're happy to provide proof of insurance on request.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. We stand behind our installation workmanship with a written 1-year workmanship warranty. It covers the workmanship on what we install — not paint or cosmetic finishes, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage — and the materials themselves are covered by the manufacturer warranties passed through to you.

Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?

We use a mix of skilled in-house craftspeople and long-standing, vetted trade partners. Either way, everyone on your project is held to the same standard and managed by our team.
