Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract for work. Any project only begins once we have met with you, provided a written proposal, and both parties have signed a formal agreement.

The signed agreement — not this website — sets out the final scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty for your specific project. Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Any figures, ranges, timelines, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and can vary based on the specifics of your home and project. We work hard to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Completed projects are backed by our 1-year workmanship warranty, which covers the workmanship on the installations we perform for one year, subject to the terms stated in your signed agreement. It does not cover paint or cosmetic finishes, normal wear and tear, customer or accidental damage, or the materials themselves — those are covered by the manufacturer warranties passed through to you.

412 Remodeling Pros is a licensed Pennsylvania home improvement contractor (PA HIC #PA217771) and carries insurance as described in your agreement.

All content on this site — including text, photographs of our projects, our logo, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
