1970s Townhouse Rental Rehab
A client was rehabbing a 1970s property to bring it to market as an updated rental. We reworked the layout for a more open feel, fully reconstructed the bathroom, and modernized every surface for a clean, low-maintenance finish that holds up to tenant turnover.
- Removed a few walls to open up the floor plan
- Full bathroom reconstruction — new tub, tile surround, vanity, and fixtures
- New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout — including the tops and undersides of the stairs
- Removed old carpet and dated wallpaper
- Fresh interior paint throughout
- Added and updated lighting
