Cleanout & Hauling

Basement Cleanouts

A basement has a way of collecting decades — old furniture, holiday bins, the boxes from the last three moves, things that went down the stairs and never came back up. Clearing it out yourself means hauling heavy loads up a narrow staircase, renting a dumpster, and making trip after trip to the transfer station. We do all of it instead. You tell us what stays and what goes, and we carry it up and out, haul it away, and sweep the space clean — so you get back the square footage without the backache.

What's Included

Handled end to end by one team

Full haul-away

Furniture, appliances, boxes, old carpet, and junk — loaded and taken away in one trip when we can.

Up the stairs for you

The hardest part of a basement is the staircase. We handle every heavy, awkward carry so you never touch it.

Whole-basement or a corner

Clear the entire level or just the packed storage area — you decide how far it goes, and we work around your keepers.

Sorted, not just dumped

We set aside items for donation and recycling where we can instead of sending everything to landfill.

Swept clean

We leave the space broom-swept and open — ready to finish, waterproof, store in, or list for sale.

Up-front pricing

You get a clear price based on how much we haul before we start — no hourly meter running.

Reclaim a whole level of your home.

A packed basement is usually the biggest chunk of unused square footage in the house — and the hardest to face, because everything has to come up the stairs. That's exactly the part we take off your plate. Tell us what to keep, and we clear out the rest, carry it up and out, sort what can be donated or recycled, and sweep the floor clean. It's the fastest way to turn a basement you've been avoiding back into space you can actually use — and it's almost always the first step before finishing it, waterproofing it, or putting the house on the market.

Questions, answered

What will you take out of the basement, and is there anything you can't haul?
We take almost everything — furniture, appliances, mattresses, boxes, old carpet, and general junk. A few things are restricted from normal disposal by law, like wet paint, chemicals, oils, tires, and some electronics, which have to go to special facilities. We'll flag anything like that when we see it and walk you through the options.
How is a basement cleanout priced?
By volume — how much of a truckload the job fills — plus any disposal fees for special items. We give you a clear, up-front price when we see the space (or from good photos and a description) so there are no hourly surprises. You know the cost before we start hauling.
The staircase is narrow and steep — is that a problem?
No, that's the part homeowners most want to hand off, and we're set up for it. We handle tight, steep basement stairs and awkward carries every day, and we protect walls and railings on the way up. You don't have to lift or maneuver anything.
Do you handle estate, foreclosure, and rental turnover cleanouts?
Yes. We handle estate cleanouts, foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, and rental turnovers regularly, and we know they can be sensitive or time-pressured. We work discreetly, set aside anything you've asked us to keep, and can coordinate with agents or property managers on timing and access.
Can you clean out the basement and then finish it?
Absolutely — that's a common combination. A cleanout is often the first step before finishing a basement, installing new flooring, or refreshing a rental. Because we do both, you get one team for the whole thing: clear the space, then finish, floor, or paint it, with no coordinating between separate companies.
